Home features New white shaker kitchen with granite counters, HUGE new island with wine fridge, Coffee/Drink bar with beverage cooler, updated bathroom, All new stainless appliances - including dishwasher, refrigerator with ice makers/filtered water and large capacity stainless stackable washer and dryer! Unit has a dual KEURIG coffee maker (10 cup OR pods), Comcast high-speed wireless internet, ROKU Smart TV, all dishes, glassware, pots/pans, Ninja blender, electric juicer, beach towels and linens, 4 beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. Master bedroom has a King sized bed, a 50" ROKU TV, queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom w/ 42" ROKU TV, a spacious open floor plan with kitchen island seating for 6, and a great room with a bar area, a new 65" 4K TV, lazy boy, NEW queen-sized sofa sleeper. There is a Weber grill in the fenced backyard with poolside deck/seating/area with 50" ROKU TV (table seating and chaise loungers) as well as a Hook game on a palm tree. Location is great in a quiet residential area with about a 4 minute walk to the beach - with beach access right on Flamingo Street!
