This rental is for the Master Bedroom and Bathroom ONLY in The Riverside Retreat which is a veteran owned 6 bedroom 3 bathroom home situated right in the Tazewell shopping district minutes from downtown, Main St and the Back of the Dragon. With the backyard bordering the Clinch River guests get to enjoy over 100ft of riverfront relaxation.
When you arrive you will be greated by ample parking space along with a two car garage with room for motorcycles or a single car/truck. My 2019 Ford Raptor can park in the garage. One spot is taken by my 2019 Vanderhall Venice GT which is available at discounted rates with our "Stay and Play" packages. Please note AirBnB inaccurately states I have a 10 car garage. The driveway can fit about 10 cars or 3 or 4 trucks with trailers.
The home is outfitted with all the amenities you would expect including a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor along with a living area and a formal dining room with a wood burning fire place (Grab your wood from the back yard pile) and a locally made craftsman dining room table that seats 12+ comfortably.
Adventure outside and enjoy the 32' deck with wraparound seating for ample entertainment. Or you can relax under the Chinquapin tree...but watch out to what my son refers to as "spikey balls"! We do our best to get them up but nature will do its thing and falling on one will result in picking spikes out.
Open the access door under the deck and pull our your favorite yard game including bags, can jam and spikeball.
Ready to relax after playing some yard games? meander down to the river and enjoy your own private spot on the Clinch! Enjoy a meal or a nice beverage relaxing in one of the Adirondack chairs or picnic table with your private waterfront escape.
Once it gets dark come inside through the basement door and enjoy your very own private arcade with a 1 of 300 Stern 1999 Harley Davidson Pinball machine, one of our 3 arcade cabinets including a full size 4 Player running RetroPie with 16,000+ video games from 1995 and previous! My favorites are Arkanoid and Marble Madness! If racing is more your speed then jump in our full cockpit with force feedback. Want a little more freedom? Jump in our flying cockpit and take to the skies! Both cockpits are running Microsoft Game Pass for the ultimate in game selection for your stay. Systems are preloaded with the latest racing/flying games. Additional games can be loaded and ready for your arrival for a small fee. If video games aren't your style then go 2v2 on the Foosball table or relax at the poker table with everything you need to play your favorite games including chips and cards like you would find in Vegas.
If you are playing too hard and don't have the energy to go back upstairs you can make a snack in the second full kitchen downstairs, throw your dirty clothes in the free washer/dryer, freshen up in the additional full bathroom downstairs and fall asleep in one of the three downstairs bedrooms.
