Located in a quiet, safe, and family friendly private beach neighborhood with multiple beaches including one with swim area and dock less than 1/2 mile walk away. Your relaxing vacation awaits at this beautiful place surrounded by water, beautiful wildlife, and gorgeous sunsets!! Neighborhood includes playground less than one block away, baseball diamond, and tennis courts. Home has outdoor surveillance cameras for safety purposes only on doorbell, along side of home and along back. Now only taking Saturday - Saturday weekly rentals for Summer 2026 due to high demand in 2025.
