Tulum, Mexico is one of the most unique and beautiful places to visit in Mexico. If you’ve been dreaming of making a trip down to Tulum (or want to feel like you’re back there again), you’ve found the perfect spot! This home’s unique décor is inspired by the gorgeous jungle and beach life in Tulum, and set up to feel like your own private resort!!!
Soak up the sun in the beautiful & private backyard during the day or relax and enjoy the yard games under the glow of the string lights at night! The yard features a large pool, which can be heated upon request for a fee of $75 per night. The very spacious backyard has just about everything you need - large pool, gazebo, outdoor dining table, large lounge chairs/umbrellas, corn-hole, ping-pong, outdoor grill, hammock, fire pit/couches, and a 24-jet 6-person hot tub! There is also a small gated side yard for your furry friends to hang out outside, not to mention the beautiful large palm trees that add that perfect touch of a tropical Tulum vibe!
This home has lots of seating and sleeping options inside and out - perfect for large groups and families, while also being a great cozy place for a couple or two to stay. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, along with a day-bed and trundle, so that the room can accommodate four very comfortably. The master has TV/live-streamed cable. The second bedroom can accommodate four additional guests in two full beds, and the room also features TV/live-streamed cable. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a Tulum style swing - perfect for photo-ops! The living room sofa is a queen sized sleeper-sofa. There are two full bathrooms. There are plenty of mirrors throughout the house (that are conveniently placed next to outlets) so that there is plenty of space for large groups to all get ready at the same time if needed.
There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels for up to 12 guests, and basic toiletries are provided, along with a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house has a security system and keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in. You have the option to either do a self check-in or I can meet you at the house for a quick tour.

Reviews prior to October 2021 were for a different decor style, but it's the same home and same management team - we have just re-designed and spruced up the home to guarantee a spectacular and memorable stay!

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:
We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
