Enough plates, cups, and tp for the whole squad. A 4 season dining area to get everyone together. Large, fenced back yard with a grill (bring your own propane), wrap around deck with outdoor furniture. Half a mile to Sport One facility, very close to Coliseum and downtown Fort Wayne.
