The Space:
Welcome to the “Pistacho Pad”, a quiet and quaint three bedroom, two bathroom home nestled in the heart of Hillcrest. Go check out the hustle and bustle of the Arkansas State Capitol, enjoy a scenic drive to Pinnacle Mountain State Park, or take some time to take it all in. Your next vacation awaits!
Upon entering the “Pistacho Pad”, you will find yourself entering the living room. From here you can see the dining area and kitchen straight ahead. On the immediate right features your first bedroom boasting full-size bunk beds for all to enjoy (trust us they are comfy!). As you move into the dining area, you will see a second bedroom on your right hand side with a king sized bed. The first & second bedroom share an interconnected bathroom. No worries though as you can lock both sides when in use! Continue moving through the kitchen and you will come to the back of the house where you will see a hallway to the right. This is where you will find your second bathroom, stacked washer and dryer, and the entrance to the third bedroom with a full-sized bed at the end of the hallway. All the space and all the fun. Last but not least, you have a sizable backyard & porch to enjoy a meal, a late night conversation, or just find yourself under the stars.
