Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very minimalist, straightforward and not having to carry around a key. Bed was comfortable for the most part, Internet was stable, and the kitchen was usable.

Negative: The steep drive up to the loft was unexpected. If we didn't have a truck we would have scrapped getting in and out. Some of the SUV's getting in and out were very close to bottoming out. The cleanliness left more to be desired, especially with the third of the price being the cleaning fee. Our expectations were high because of it but the couch was stained, shower drain needed scrubbed, dishes rewashed, and to top it all off there was glass on the floor that cut my wife's feet. We had to clean the place ourselves that we apparently had to pay for just for it to be safe to walk in.

Summary: Very okay place to stay, not worth the price.
