If you have any questions or concerns, please address the Host, not the leasing office. The leasing office is not involved with this agreement. Violation of this rule will cause your stay to be canceled immediately with no fees refund.
PLEASE NOTE: For safety and security purposes, we require the reserving guests to be 21 years old or older to reserve this unit and submit a photo of themselves (e.g selfie) holding a valid ID or driver's license. This is a non-negotiable requirement. If any guest requires access before arrival, the guest must be added before, as well as a verified Airbnb profile.
Early check-in (before 2 pm) and late check-out (after 11:00 am) are determined based on availability. All late check-outs are subject to availability and need to be requested at least 8 hours before—a $100 charge per hour for all late check-outs made without notifying the Host and receiving confirmation. Otherwise, late check-out is possible with a $50 fee until 12:30 pm and $80 until 3 pm. After 3 pm, a daily rate will apply.
Pool and Gym access will require the card. Lost card or barcode, guests will incur a fee of $250 for each.
As our guest, you have the opportunity to be a part of a great community! This is NOT a hotel. We expect all of our guests to respect the residents that live in the building.
· Sunday – Thursday quiet hours start at 10:00 pm.
· Friday - Saturday quiet hours begin at 11:00 pm.
If any parties occur in the unit without permission, your reservation may be subject to immediate cancellation, and guests would subsequently be held as trespassers. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties.
Furniture and household items should be handled with care and not removed from the home. Please inform your host of damages and/or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
We don't allow guests to bring additional furniture into our units. Should guests violate this policy and bring their own furniture, we accept no responsibility for these items, and items may be subject to disposal.
Valet trash every day between 6 pm- 9 pm. PLEASE have trash sitting inside the trash bin provided. The trash bin must also be pulled back in by 9 am each morning.
We don't accept responsibility for belongings left after check-out, and all items may be subject to disposal.
We don't accept pets of any kind at this time. Your reservation may be subject to cancellation if pets are on the premises. Guests would be required to vacate the premises immediately without a refund.

DO NOT USE WHITE TOWELS FOR MAKEUP REMOVAL. Black face towels are available for makeup removal. All towels are counted before and after a guest stays. If any towels are missing or used for makeup removal, they will be reported as damaged items and charged to your security deposit. If towels are used in the pool area, please be sure to return to the apartment.
Bath Towels-$10, Hand Towels-$8 and Face Towels-$5
We ask that all dirty towels be placed in the washing machine at the end of the stay or laundry basket located in closet.
(The closet at the entrance is the owner's closet and will be locked during your stay.)
WE HAVE A ZERO-TOLERANCE SMOKING POLICY. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE HOME (THE BALCONY IS THE ONLY AREA OF THE HOME SMOKING IS ALLOWED).
