The Hangout is the perfect getaway for family and friends. Between the 2,300 square feet of house, the large attached deck and the dock, there is room for everyone to enjoy and relax! Located in a quiet nook off of the main channel, the Bagnell Dam is only a 20 minute drive or 5 minute boat cruise!
The space
With over 2,300 square feet of space, a deck and your very own dock, there is plenty of room for the entire family to come play! On site parking, five bedrooms with a pull out couch available, two bathrooms and eat-in kitchen are just some of the amenities you will find at The Hangout. In the basement, come hang in our game room and play ping pong, foosball, or grab a seat at the bar! There is something for everyone here! The dock is about 100 yards from the house, accessible by a paved staircase.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the house, deck and dock at all times.
Other things to note
There is a gas grill with propane provided. If the propane tank runs out there should be a spare next to the grill. It is appreciated if you let us know the tank ran out so we can have it filled for the next guest. There is also a charcoal grill (Weber Kettle) - please bring charcoal if you plan to use this. There is a fire pit on shore by the dock - please bring firewood if you intend to use it.
