The Hamilton House is perfect for 2 couples or a family and kids. It has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds. (children under 115.00 lbs- they are not designed for adults) The remainder of the house includes kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry area, living room with TV and a dining area. You have a great north side location with easy access to major streets, close to Springfield downtown, area colleges, AG headquarters and Cardinals stadium. Take a tour of a world renowned chocolate factory or enjoy some live music at Springfield's oldest tavern from the 1870's.! Additionally, Springfield's top festivals and holiday activities are centered in midtown and downtown areas. We are pet friendly with a pet fee and have a fenced back yard. There is a small wooden deck in the back with seating for 4 and a charcoal grill and charcoal. This sweet home has everything you need to be comfortable including Wi-Fi and cable TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of bed and bath linens. We also have an alarm system and the key is housed in a lock box at the property for easy access when you arrive. Our check in is typically 2pm and check out is 10am, however if you need something different ask, we try to accommodate whenever possible. Just ask.
