The Dolphin, in the Dawn Condominium Complex, is a beautifully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo that can sleep 5 comfortably. The master suite features a king size bed with luxury linens, soft comfortable pillows. Large soft towels are provided for your convenience and a 40" HD Google TV in the Master Bedroom.
The sunny living room features queen sleeper sofa, 50" Roku TV, basic cable available for your use. Adjacent to the living room is an exterior patio with unobstructed view of the heated pool and outdoor dining for 4. There is also a twin rollaway located in the large master closet along with beach toys, beach towels, and beach chairs for your convenience.
The dining room has table for seating for 4, with a desk and office chair area. The kitchen is fully stocked; smooth top electric stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with K cups provided, regular coffee maker with coffee and filters provided, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer, blender, cookware, silverware, glassware and dish place-settings. Tupperware, bowls, measuring cups, and other cooking utensils provided.
Full sized washing machine and electric dryer are located in the unit, adjacent to the kitchen.
