This amazing property is nestled on 22 secluded acres. The log cabin style home gives all the feels of a mountain style escape, combining all of the comforts of modern amenities. The first thing you'll notice is the wrap around porch with numerous outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful, un-evaded views of the sunset.
**PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS HOME IS BUILT ON 22 ACRES OF RURAL, WOODED LAND. WE APPLY REGULAR TREATMENT FOR INSECTS, HOWEVER DUE TO THE SURROUNDING WOODED AREAS, SMALL INSECTS DO TEND TO FIND THEIR WAY IN DESPITE OUR BEST EFFORTS. IF YOU FEEL THIS WILL BE A MAJOR ISSUE DURING YOUR STAY YOU ARE WELCOME TO CANCEL PENALTY FREE WITHIN 24 HOURS**
Also due to the secluded nature of our home, traditional wifi options are not available. We do offer free wifi internet via hotspots, but the internet speeds can be inconsistent at times.
If you absolutely require reliable high speed internet for work, etc. there is a Starbucks nearby or you are welcome to utilize your own mobile hot spot. Cell service is typically very good and mobile hot spots work well.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.
KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.
