Summary: First impression, the lobby was nice and clean, decorated well. It definitely looks like they keep things up. The employee that checked us in was very sweet to my son and me both. He took time to check us in, answer my questions, and answer my soncls rapid fire questions without being rude. The room was easily accessible, no obstacles and not confusing at all. The room was clean, put together, and organized when I got to it. The only thing is the fridge was unplugged when I got into the room; I didn't notice it until the next morning. The beds were clean, and very comfy. Soft pillows, warm blankets. The AC wasn't locked; you could control it fully to what you wanted it to be. Check out was equally nice. The cleaners were not extremely bothersome and there were no hassels whatsoever at checkout. Overall, my stay was great. It is a place I will definitely book again if I'm in the area!
