The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, a spacious walk-in shower, and a garden tub for your ultimate comfort. Bedroom 2 offers a welcoming queen-sized bed and an open, airy ambiance, while Bedroom 3 mirrors this arrangement.
For those moments when you want to come together and create lasting memories, the kitchen is a perfect gathering spot. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, a granite countertop island, and ample dining seating, it's the ideal setting for conversations and culinary delights. You'll find a variety of cooking and baking essentials, along with a toaster and coffee maker, complete with complimentary coffee and filters.

*This booking and reservation may be contingent on the signing of an HOA lease and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. The HOA has an additional $100 application fee along with a $50 per applicant background check fee which not included in this reservation and must be paid separately. The HOA application is all done online. Please allow 30 days for processing. A followup email will be sent to help facilitate the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.
Gateway Country Club access may be transferred to renter during stay for a $350 transfer fee and renter responsible for applicable monthly dues amount. This will be a separate payment to homeowner.
We've made sure you have all the conveniences you need, including smart TVs, WiFi, linens, towels (both for the bath and the beach), a washer and dryer, games, puzzles, and essential supplies like toilet paper, towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap. Plus, you'll find a wealth of restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away.
House Rules:
-Renters must be at least 26 years old.
-Smoking is not allowed.
-Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and require an additional $200 fee per month. -Pet owners must clean up after their pets, or additional cleaning charges may apply. Pets must be house trained and leashed when walking through the neighborhood. Please refrain from allowing pets on the furniture or in the pool area. Violation of these rules may result in termination of the rental, with visitors asked to leave without reimbursement.
