The walk to paradise includes a beautifully decorated entryway that leads directly to the kitchen, dining and living room area with an awesome view of the ocean as you walk! The entire condo is newly remodeled, completely furnished with high end furnishings, decor and a fully equipped kitchen, including a laundry room with a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board for your convenience. The large master suite has a beautiful beachfront view of the ocean and direct access to the balcony. A comfortable king size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, two dressers, sitting area and closet. The master bathroom has a large vanity with two sinks, mirrored wall vanities, a private bath area and a walk-in open shower. The spare bedroom has a queen size bed, brand new Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid mattress with an adjustable base that elevates your head and feet. There is an armoire and closet for storage. The second bathroom has a walk-in glass shower. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises on the furnished balcony, as you listen to the waves of the ocean and feel the salt air breeze on your face! Relax by the roof top pool with a gorgeous view of the ocean! Get to the beach easy and safe by using the private, direct access. Feel safe and secure by parking your vehicle in the free covered and gated parking garage. For your fitness and fun activities, there is a tennis court, pickleball court, shuffleboard, a fitness center and a social room (under construction). If you have time, there is a Sony Smart flat screen TV in the living room with cable for your viewing pleasures. Internet and WiFi is also provided. There are great restaurants and shopping stores in close proximity for your dining and shopping enjoyment! We have weekly and monthly rentals available.
