Beautiful Mini kitchen downstairs. Screened in balcony and open balcony areas, new gas grill. An awesome seating area and fire pit newly landscaped and 3 kayaks to enjoy!
No pets of any kind allowed in house or on-premises. No Smoking is strictly enforced inside or outside the premises. Any Violation of the above will result in loss of security deposit and immediate termination of rental.
