Enjoy our stocked and spacious 1 BR apartment close to Downtown Little Rock. Please note this Airbnb is in a shared building with 1 full-time tenant, and other Airbnb residents and you always need to be respectful of noise. No smoking or partying.
The unit is fully loaded with a Nespresso machine (treat yo self), kitchen & cooking essentials, box fan to eliminate street noise or accomodate picky sleepers, additional sheets & comforters, air mattress, fold out couch, towels and a smart TV and a smart lock to make check-in easy and keyless!
Plenty of parking in the lot out back, or on the street. The unit is 1 of 4 and there are 2 main doors for entering/exiting.
Located just 1.1 miles from Simmons Bank Arena! Just a couple blocks north of the Historic Argenta district which contains restaurants, bars and a comedy club! Just 1.7 miles off of interstate 40! If you can find one nearby I’d snag a bird or lime scooter and scoot over to Argenta and get some drinks.
This apartment is located right on Main St. and it needs to be mentioned that there's always a bit of street noise. Box fans are inside the unit to accommodate for noise while sleeping.
