This charming newly renovated cottage-style 2 bedroom/1 bath home is in a quiet neighborhood setting with gravel streets and just 3 blocks from Pirate’s Cove boat launch. There is a large covered porch out front with a charcoal BBQ pit and dual burner outdoor stove to cook your fresh catch! (Bring your charcoal and/or butane tank.) It’s a great place to relax and enjoy time with friends and neighbors! The newly constructed outdoor shower is an amazing place to rinse off under the clear blue sky!! The open kitchen/living area gives guests room to spread out while still being close by. The cozy kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal! Or leave the cooking behind and dine in at Curtis Grocery located on Hwy 191 just 5 minutes from the house. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bedrooms have a queen bed in the master and the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and a queen bed. There’s also a Queen Murphy bed in the utility/mud room so 8 guests can sleep comfortably in beds! The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and comes stocked with fresh clean towels and washcloths. The home also has a large utility room with washer & dryer and plenty of space to store your hunting and fishing gear during your stay. Fill your spare time enjoying a shuffleboard table in the living room, 49 inch flat screen cable TV, or just hanging out around the fire pit out front. This home is just minutes from local stores, golf, restaurants, a state park, canoeing, hiking, and antique shopping! An added bonus—We’ve added a cellular range extender so you have the option of enjoying reliable cell service while at the house or you can turn your phone off and enjoy the quiet escape!
