Our Gulf front home is set on 135 feet of white sand beachfront, with breathtaking Gulf views. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with the "World's Whitest Beaches" as our backyard! This custom home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on the main level w/ an additional 3rd floor 567SF loft/5th bedroom with bunk beds (full/twin), sofa, large work/game table, a full bath & Gulf front balcony. Each bedroom, as well as the loft, has 11 ft. vaulted ceilings and private baths. The Gulf front Master and guest room both open up to the back upper deck & the other 2 guest rooms each have Sound view balconies. Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins & a set of Bunk Beds (full bottom/twin top) in 3rd Floor Bedroom /Loft. Our gourmet kitchen, updated in 2021 w/ white a quartz counter level island, has both Sound and Gulf views. Kitchen is set up for those who love to cook and entertain. It is fully equipped with stainless appliances, which include 2 Samsung Bespoke French-Door refrigerators-each w/ icemaker (2023), 2 KitchenAid dishwashers (2022), 5 burner KitchenAid gas stove, oven, microwave and a pantry. The counter height kitchen island seats 5 and is open to the dining/living area. (see photos) The large open concept living/dining room boasts 11ft ceilings, spectacular Gulf views throughout, a wall mounted 70" flat screen Samsung TV/soundbar, wet bar with icemaker & bar sink, also updated w/ quartz in 2021. The master bedroom w/ Queen TempurPedic bed has beautiful Gulf views and opens out onto the back upper deck. The master bath has a large contemporary walk-in tile shower & separate soaker tub, both w/waterfall faucets. The spacious vinyl-planked upper deck with 4 chaise lounges, a teak 4-seat dining table, 10 high back folding teak chairs & side table, a 5 burner gas grill (new in 2021), is partially covered but still offers plenty of room for sunbathing and sunset views. The ground level large 23x 20 lower covered wood deck w/2 picnic tables and comfy furniture w/ coffee table, electric outlet & outside shower i- great for entertaining & getting out of the sun. The elevator goes from the lower level to the main living area & exits into our laundry room. This home has 2 electric heat pump A/C systems (new in 2019) & a 3rd flr Diakon ductless A/C unit, 2 gas tankless water heater (2024 & 2025), 2 covered parking areas & additional parking in front for guests. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, 2 Trek Hybrid Bikes and various beach toys. Feel free to use ours and/or add yours to the collection when you leave. This is a smoke-free house. NOTE: PLEASE choose the $89 accidental property damage protection policy when booking our home. The island path is just 2 blocks away and runs the entire span of the Island - all the way East to Navarre Beach or West to Ft. Pickens National Park. It's perfect for walking, running or cycling. Trolley Stops are located approximately every 4 blocks. Morgan Park, located on Pensacola Beach, has a shallow water boat ramp. Pensacola Beach is a vacation dream because it has some of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world, extensive outdoors activities, great restaurants and nightlife. Paradise awaits you!
