Built in 2005 this beautiful home in Safe Harbor Port Aransas has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and shared Swimming Pool with kiddie splash pool.
Living Area
Enter the front door and you are greeted with tile floors that flow throughout the main living areas. There is a high-end queen sleeper sofa and a second sofa to provide plenty of seating for the 65" flat screen TV equipped with cable. FREE WIFI throughout.
3 Bedrooms
The large master has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and king size bed with a 39" flat screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with ocean themed bedding and a 32" flat screen TV. Both TVs are equipped with cable. The third bedroom, featuring a 32" smart TV, has a comfortable memory foam Queen sized bed and looks out onto the patio.
2 Bathrooms
The ensuite bathroom in the master has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bathroom is accessible from the living area and contains a tub/shower combo. A full washer and dryer are tucked away behind doors adjacent to the bathroom.
Kitchen
The beautiful kitchen opens onto the living area and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. A microwave sits atop the electric range, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pans and dishes. For coffee lovers, both a Keurig and a coffeemaker are available. The table in the adjoining dining area seats eight. A large pantry is available for guest use.
Pool/Outdoors
The large, fenced, partially covered back porch has fun furniture and opens to the sidewalk to the pool. Use the hose to wash off beach toys after a fun day. Feel free to bring your own BBQ Grill.
Parking
There is ample parking for 2-3 vehicles in front of the unit, depending on their size. Sorry, no garage access, no boats or trailers are allowed per HOA rules.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.
We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
