The space
This house is over 80 years old! There will be blemishes, imperfections, and creaks, but quiet, cozy, and safe.
The second bedroom is joined to the bathroom by a walk-through closet. There is a door between the closet and the bathroom for added privacy.

There are bugs in East Tennessee! We clean immaculately and have a monthly pest control service, but there will inevitably be a rogue spider, cicada, or mosquito that makes it inside. We encourage all guests who plan to spend time outdoors in East Tennessee to use bug repellent.
This is a dog friendly house, so please take that into consideration when booking. There is a large dog crate available for use upon request. Due to allergies, we unfortunately do NOT allow cats into the home.
There are two large dogs that live across the street, they like to bark and will bark at you.

The house sits at the beginning of a dead-end street. Most of the other residences are mobile homes and some may appear to be a tad unsightly, but we have never had any issues with any of our neighbors. The neighbors across the street have some vehicles, but they are the sweetest older couple. A wood line separates the home from the rest of the neighborhood that the mobile homes are located on.
