Be our FIRST GUEST! Plan your extended stay in this sweet, newly renovated home. It's immediately outside of Nashville in a rural setting with plenty of privacy and space. You'll love that Percy Priest Lake, hiking and boat ramps are just a mile away while Nashville Shores is only a couple of miles away. Enjoy being in the country but also within 5 minutes of grocery shopping and (-40. It's just a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Nashville, historic attractions, The Grand Ole Opry House, Hard Rock Cafe' and more! The space More photos coming soon while we complete the following: The third bedroom has a twin trundle bed/sleeps two, a desk and chair. The front living room has a gorgeous, new sectional with a pull-out full bed and wall mounted smart TV. There is a door to this room for privacy, if needed. We have a dining room table which can seat 8, comfortably. Photos already posted show the rear living area, deck, large kitchen, bedrooms 1 and 2 and the two baths. It's a mile to Percy Priest Lake. We will be happy to provide assistance in jet ski or boat rentals in the summertime. Some of the most gorgeous sunsets can be seen from Cooks Landing just down the road. The canvas photos you see throughout the home were taken by me.
