Welcome to our beautiful and peaceful retreat just outside of Branson in Omaha, Arkansas! Located in a serene neighborhood surrounded by trees and rolling hills, our spacious home offers a tranquil escape with the convenience of being close to popular attractions.
It's about a 10-minute drive from the highway to reach the neighborhood, where you'll find yourself immersed in the natural beauty of the area. The nearby lake adds to the picturesque setting, and within a mile, you can access the lake at Cricket Creek Marina and a public beach (no direct lake access). The marina offers boat rentals and slips, as well as a restaurant, making it a fantastic place to enjoy the water and relax.
While our home provides a serene and nature-filled environment, it's only a 20 minute drive to the bustling city of Branson. Here, you'll find a plethora of outdoor activities, shows, museums, water activities, zip-lining, and much more. Don't miss the opportunity to explore Big Cedar, the new amphitheater, race track, and Tiger Woods Golf course, all within a 15-minute drive. Additionally, Silver Dollar City is only 35 minutes away, and both Big Cedar and Top of the Rock are highly recommended attractions.
The road leading to our property is hilly and includes a short half-mile gravel road section within the neighborhood, adding to the rustic charm of the area. Once you arrive, you'll find a spacious yard where kids can roam freely. The yard features a fire pit, grill, and chairs, providing a perfect setting for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. If you have a larger group, you can rent the adjacent home on the same acre lot, allowing for joint family or friends get-togethers.
The house itself is newly remodeled, completed in 2021, offering modern amenities and comfort. With three queen beds in separate rooms and 2 full beds in one big room, along with three full bathrooms (including one large tub), our home can comfortably accommodate your family or group of friends. WiFi is available (can be a bit spotty due to a rural area and lots of trees).
