Enjoy our breathtaking view from the east-facing balcony. The tall patio chairs ensure watching the sunrise is a delight. The patio seating is perfect for drinks and conversation any time of day. The living area is a comfortable place to play family games or watch a great movie. The dining area features seating for six. The breakfast bar offers an additional 2 barstools. After a long day at the beach, our fully equipped kitchen provides the essentials for your delicious meals. This 3 bed/2 bath unit is cozy yet spacious enough for your entire group.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
