Summary: Needs over-haul or remodel. Mold in tub and on electrical cords. Sockets didn't work. One of the bedside lights didn't work. Baseboards damaged or missing. No stopper in sink. Probably additional things I no longer recall. "NO REFUNDS" signs posted everywhere.
