You will have private use of the entire townhome.

Our townhomes have a fantastic location close to downtown Johnson City, Johnson City Medical Center, Sycamore Shoals Hospital, the Tweetsie Trailhead, the community pool, Tannery Knob Mountain Bike Park, great restaurants, and it is close to I-26 for easy access to all of the Tri-Cities area. WIthin 30 min to 1 hour of the townhomes you can find amazing hiking, white water rafting, excellent fishing, snow skiing in NC, and so much more.

Our townhomes are a great place for traveling professionals, traveling physicians/nurses, families relocating, or someone looking for a place for a month to month stay short term rental as the complex is quiet yet close to everything.

Our townhomes are smoke free / pet free units with a minimum stay of 4 days. There is a $2,500 fine for smoking in the garage or in the unit, or bringing a pet into the garage or the unit. Our guests depend on us to enforce these rules. Eradicating smoke and pet smell from a unit is time consuming and costly. Please respect this policy and find another unit to rent if these rules do not meet your traveling needs.

Utilities, internet, water/sewer and garbage are included in the fee.
We do ask that you use the utilities with a reasonable use in mind and turn the a/c units up or down to conserve energy when you are not in the home and upon your departure.

There is a full sized washer/dryer located in the garage of the unit for your private use.

Please park in your garage or in an outdoor parking spot. Please do not park in front of the garage as the driveway is not wide enough for cars in front of the units.

Please use only the garbage cans marked with #401, #402, #300, #301, #100, #101, or #200 (all other garbage cans are private and belong to other tenants that live in the other townhomes long term). Please put only bagged garbage in the cans. Please pull the garbage can to the curb on Tuesday mornings and back to the units on Tuesday evenings. Please do not put the garbage cans in your garage as they are shared by other short term guests.

There is a $125 cleaning fee assessed on the reservation for housekeeping on all short term stays.

Your internet system is shared among the units. If you have a black internet box in your home, please do not unplug, move or disturb in any way.

We do allow long term furnished rentals in our units, please ask if this interest you.

We try to anticipate our guests every need to make their stay as comfortable and as home like as possible. We always welcome suggestions for improvement.
