Come, sit back, relax, and live on “reel” time in this one-of-a-kind Cypress Bend Lake House. This house is located just 1 mile from the Cypress Bend Golf Resort on Turtle Beach Cove. This house is perfect for lounging around and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. The wharf sits on one of the biggest white perch holes in Toledo Bend.
The Cypress Bend Lake House is a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, 2,132 square foot home with all the amenities for a large group or family. It is fully furnished and has breathtaking views from the wall-to- wall windows in the living room. The living room also comes with a stone fireplace and a big screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and tableware needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is even a coffee bar for those in need of a little caffeine to get their day started off right. Off of the kitchen are the ½ bath and a washer and dryer closet equipped with detergent for your convenience. The large master is located downstairs with 2 queen beds, a whirlpool/shower combo, and a large walk-in closet. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, containing 2 full-size and 2 queen-size beds, and a bathroom equipped with a large, spacious shower.
The main highlight to the Cypress Bend Lake House is the outdoor entertainment available for your use. You can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset from the porch, have a barbeque on the pit, or a bonfire on the custom stone fire pit on the property near the water. You can fish or swim right off of the wharf, but don’t forget to rinse off on the wharf’s outdoor shower when you are done. Love fishing? Not to worry. You can launch your boat at the nearby Cypress Bend boat launch. After a long day of fishing, just store your boat in one of the two covered, electronic boat lifts. Cleaning your fish won’t be a problem at the large, custom, stainless steel fish cleaning station located at the end of the wharf. You can also enjoy a nice round of golf at the Cypress Bend Golf Resort, or head to Toledo Town to visit the local eateries or tackle shop.
