Please make sure that you go through the house rules prior to booking.
PETS: (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100/pet with a weight limit of 50lbs. Only up to 3 pets are allowed. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces. There will be a smoking fine of $300 if there is evidence of smoking at the property.
NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9 PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood.
DAMAGES & LOSS: We love our home and would truly appreciate it if you could treat it like your own. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately.
LATE CHECK-OUT: In the event of a late check-out that is not agreed upon by the hosts, fees do apply. Paying the following fees does not entitle you to extend your stay without host permission.
Late checkout of 30 minutes to 1 hour- $50
Late checkout of over 1 hour- rate for one night (equal to the average nightly rate)
VISITORS: You can have people over, but please ask us beforehand - we won't say no - we just want to be aware of who will be at the house.
