Come take in the expansive and unobstructed views of both the butte and CB valley while sipping coffee on the massive deck or while soaking in the brand-new hot tub after a day on the slopes or on the adjacent Nordic Trail.

The space
This new to the market home is a unique, private stone and log home completely refurbished in a modern, clean style. The 1440 square ft viewing porch is directly adjacent to open property conserved by the CB Land Trust and provides views of the town of Crested Butte surrounded by mountains and the valley beyond. You will enjoy unobstructed views of the 12,168 ft Butte and a nighttime view of the Milky Way from the 8 person hot tub or while warming by the Solo stainless steel fire pit. Perfect for families, the home is situated on enough land to allow plenty of space for sledding, family snowball fights, summer football and even sleeping under the stars. Large enough to find some quiet places to read a book, nap in a hammock or enjoy your wine or cocoa in front of a cozy fire.
Four bedrooms include two master bedrooms with large en suite bathrooms featuring soaking tubs and showers. One queen bedroom and a bunk room with four beds. The basement provides two additional beds and a TV, perfect for a kid's hang-out space. All bedrooms have views and doors that open to the porch.
The living space features soaring ceilings and windows in the classic alpine style with breathtaking views. There are two fireplaces in the home, dining seating for ten at our vintage French table and a cook's kitchen. Technology includes key-less entry, four TVs streaming YouTubeTV, Netflix and Disney +, high speed internet and a private office space for your remote work meetings. Three full baths and a half bath are stocked with luxury towels and soap and bath products. There is a large separate utility room in the basement and ample parking out front.
