Fortunately, you'll barely have to venture out your back door to take a soak while vacationing at this quaint oceanfront conch house. Located on Islamorada's Lower Matecumbe Key, near mile marker 76, this traditional one-story Keys bungalow is refurbished. Its new owners have even given the house a name. Breezy Point Cottage, - they call it. Look out from the patio door and you'll see why. A peninsula on the property juts out nearly 100 yards from the remainder of the shoreline. Use it to fish for snapper, snook, jacks and more. Along the peninsula's edge sits a 50-foot observation dock. Back on the broader shoreline, a private beach gives way to the shallows of the Atlantic Ocean. And if freshwater is more your speed, you can swim some laps or simply lounge in the 31- foot-long swimming pool. Inside the cozy three-bedroom two bath home all new furniture and appliances await. Even the air conditioning is new. The master bedroom has a king and a twin bed and each guest room has 1 queen, making the home suitable for both a romantic getaway and family vacation. Back outside, the landscaping, patio furniture and gas grill have all been recently upgraded. Meanwhile, a storage shed is available for keeping your fishing rods, kayaks, bicycles or other recreational gear. This home is available for weekly rentals.
