Property has a fish pond with bluegill, bass and catfish, a nice BB/pickleball court, horseshoe pits, grill, hiking trails, fire pits and campfires, and RV parking spot. House has well-equipped high-tech kitchen, 2 dining tables, 50 bps WIFI, desk/printer, 3 couches, curved 55" TV/SB/DVD, crib and changing table. The yard is well lit at night. Business and family friendly! 6 and 30 min to Flora/Delphi and Purdue. Perfect for all types of guests from work crews to vacationing families. Hosts live in addition, which is isolated from original house like a duplex. No pets in house. No wild parties but make as much noise as you want (we are very isolated).
