Our newly built home is directly on Lake Shore Drive. The house was just completed in July 2019.
It is less than a 0.1 mile walk from our front door to the beach. We have easy and quick access to Sheridan Beach, the nicest beach in the area!
The house has an open layout - the kitchen opens up to the living/dining rooms. The house has 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a fully finished walk out basement.
Outside, there is a huge front deck with a grill, and in the back there is a screen porch, connected to a deck with a built in hot tub. The backyard has a fire pit built in to the wooded sand dune.

There is a TV with Xfinity Comcast Cable TV in the living room. There are ROKU smart TVs in 3 bedrooms and the basement. The house is equipped with high speed WIFI.
Outdoor Space:
There is a huge front deck with a grill, large outdoor dining table, lounger chairs and a grill. In the rear of the house, there is a screened in porch that is connected to a deck with a hot tub. The hot tub is open year round. Behind the screen porch and hot tub, there is a fire pit. The back yard behind the fire pit area is a wooded sand dune.
