This entire home, is BRAND NEW construction and was just beautifully furnished! A great place to call home for any amount of time. It is conveniently located in the Fort O area just on the other side of the state line from Chattanooga. Close to everything! A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom entire home. The backyard will be fully fenced in and all yours! With all this space you will have the vacation of your dreams!
Other things to note
-Also we own the house next to this house and you can rent them together by seeing our other homes on our profile. It is called "twin homes". Contact us with any questions.
-The road can be narrow and steep in parts. Drivers are responsible for their own vehicles and any damage to them or the landscaping. There is plenty of room to drive and park however you MUST be cognizant of the narrow road and the street and driveway.
-This home has a max occupancy of 10 guests but that ONLY works when some of the guests are children. There is an additional $10/person (including kids) fee for all guests after 6.
-There are three bedrooms and then 1 fold out 6-in memory foam queen mattress and 2 twin fold out 6-in memory foam mattresses. These are in addition to the King bed in the Master bedroom, and two Queen beds in each of the other bedrooms.
-The garage is available upon request. The parking limit is 4 regular sized cars or 2 cars and an oversized vehicle.
-Happy to have infants, just know we don't not have outlet plugs, or foam guards, a crib or pac-n-play etc.
