Our spacious (3 1/2 bathrooms!) brand new house in Irving Park is the ideal place to stay with your family or as a group traveling together - the neighborhood is full of old Chicago charm, but has plenty of new restaurants and cafes opening every week. Plus we re a quick walk to the Irving Park blue line station, making it easy to get to O Hare or the Loop - book today! My single family home is full of spaces for groups traveling to come together, as well as individuals to have time alone. You enter onto a main floor that s all common spaces (two family rooms, a kitchen, and a dining room) that are open to one another but punctuated by walls. There s a powder room on this level for convenience. Upstairs are four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The three other bedrooms share a bathroom with dual vanities and tub/shower. On the lower level is another bedroom with a full bathroom. Outside is a deck and patio with a garage. Avondale s friendly neighbor to the north is a residential area that boasts old Victorian homes and classic Chicago-style two-flats. The architecture of Irving Park - some of which predates the Great Fire of 1871 - is all over the neighborhood, from enormous family estates to The Villa District, a residential pocket that s listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We are a 5 minute walk to the Irving Park blue line station, and just steps to the Irving Park and Pulaski buses - you won t have any trouble getting around town without a car from here! If you do bring your car, however, we offer garage parking.
