Once approved, all must be completed within 24 hours to confirm the reservation.
A picture of a valid ID is required from the guest booking the home.
A list of the first and last names of all staying at home is required.
The S-T Agreement must be signed and dated.
HOUSE RULES:
Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the dwelling and within 4 feet of any entrance to the home. This prohibition applies to tenants and tenants’ guests. Tenants are responsible for notifying their household members, guests, and invitees of this smoking/vaping prohibition; tenants are responsible for any violation, including paying up to a $2,500 restoration fee.
1) No events or parties.
2) No animals are allowed because of severe allergic reactions to pet dander and hair. There is a one thousand dollar cleaning fee for any animals on the premises.
3) Do not move the furniture. Do not hang anything on the walls or ceilings. No dwelling alterations, redecorating, painting, or repairs shall be made. Three closets in the home are only accessible by the maid.
4) Do not send any mail or packages to the dwelling. It is a locked mailbox that is not accessible.
5) No open fires (i.e candles, firepits, grills).
6) Do not use substances in a manner that may stain/spill on the counters, cabinets, or furniture. I.e self-tanner, fingernail polish, or makeup. There will be a charge for any additional cleanup.
7) The garage is for cars, small ice chests, and baby carriers—no mechanical equipment or livestock animals. Ice chests are not allowed inside the home. Parking is only permitted in the driveway and garage. Parking in the street or the yard is prohibited.
8) If the cameras stop working because the internet was tampered with, this will automatically terminate the stay without refund. (Cameras are only located outside for security of guests and property.)

If we feel the home rules are not followed, we reserve the right to shorten your stay, and a refund will not be given. We also reserve the right to withdraw a written review about the visit on our page.
Emotional/ Service Animals:
Suppose the guest needs a service or emotional support animal. In that case, the guest will inform the host within one hour of reservation approval, and the refundable deposit and cleaning fee will be paid in full within 24 hours of reservation approval. We are allergic to pet dander and hair; a specialized professional cleaning company must come out to ensure we do not fall ill.
