Just a short drive from downtown Port Aransas and steps from the shore, this beautiful five-bedroom is the perfect place to treat family and friends to an unforgettable getaway to the Texas Gulf Coast. Experience stunning sunsets and sunrises from one of two private decks or relax inside beneath the cooling comfort of central AC. When everybody is ready to hit the beach, on-site access will have you touching sand in no time. Don't forget to grab the beach chairs provided! An outdoor shower adds convenience during your stay.
A bright, open-concept main floor layout greets guests inside with recent updates and elegant, high-end décor. For downtime during the day or family movies in the evening, the plush living room sectional and huge, wall-mounted smart TV are ready to provide comfort and entertainment. An expansive dining table divides the living room and kitchen. With place settings for 12, the entire household can enjoy group and family-style meals together. Teeming with attractive finishes and updates appliances, the impressive, full-size kitchen is the envy of most homes. Chefs in the group will find all the cookware, counter space, and utensils needed to prepare fabulous home meals. No need to spend your vacation on cleanup - the dishwasher can take care of that. A private patio can be accessed off the dining area. An equipped gas grill and outdoor picnic table will be a group favorite for beachside cookouts.
The main floor primary suite can be found just past the kitchen, complete with an en suite bathroom, wall-mounted smart TV, and private entry to/from the patio. A shared, half-bath is available at the foot of the stairs for common household convenience.
Heading to the second floor, you'll find the laundry closet just at the top of the stairs. To the right, a guest suite includes an attached bathroom, wall-mounted smart TV and sitting area, and a private balcony. To the left of the stairs, a small common area includes a loveseat sofa. A sliding, barn-style door opens up to the bonus bunk room. A full bathroom, and two additional guest suites are down the hall. Each of these bedrooms features an attached bath, wall-mounted smart TVs, and private access to a shared balcony.
As an added bonus, guests will enjoy access to Palmilla Resorts' gorgeous, two shared pools that are heated during our winter, complete with covered dining areas and poolside cabanas.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
