This large home has 6 Bedrooms and features an upstairs family suite with a Queen bed and daybed that pulls out to a King size. The main level office features a queen size murphy bed. See the attached pictures for the floor plans.
Outside you will find plenty of parking, Outdoor Fire pit, 7 person hot tub, dog run, yurt ( large tent that can sleep those teenagers wanting to get away from mom and dad) Back deck that is perfect for watching the wildlife and deer come and go.
This home sits on 4 acres with plenty of walking opportunities through the wooded area behind the home. There is something for everyone. Large amount of seating in Kitchen/Dining Area.
This home is located close to downtown South Haven and about 15 miles from Saugatuck and Douglas. Close to Apple, strawberry, blueberry, red raspberry, pumpkin picking, wineries, brewery, cider mill, hard cider brewhouses, and most important, Lake Michigan. There are tons of antique shops and markets in the area. The town of South Haven is fantastic little town -- a lot of unique stores, great restaurants and bars.
There are also a hand full of boat rental places for pontoons, kayaks, paddleboards and jet skis located within 3 miles. There are also great fishing charters that leave from the harbor.
No High School or College Parties at all, this home is made for Families!! No shooting firearms, or fireworks. Outdoor quiet time starts at 10pm per township laws.
