The space
The Elk Loft is a the result of an extensive renovation of a historic building originally built in the late 19th century. The loft is on the second floor of the building above the ground level retail space, which is occupied by a banking institution with normal business hours. Through private entrance at street level and up a flight of 23 stairs, you'll find a big city space in a small town setting complete with exposed original brick walls and wood raftered ceilings. 1800 square feet includes a totally open kitchen/living/dining space with a huge leather couch, oversized smart TV, an oversized dining table for 8 or more and big open windows overlooking the square. No expense was spared in the kitchen where you'll find stainless appliances including a Wolf range, everything you need to make a gourmet meal and coffee station with carafe and pod options. The primary suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, smart TV and luxurious on suite bath with large tiled shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has 2 beds, one single, one double, with large closet and smart tv. The second full bath is right next door and has full size tiled shower. Wi-fi is of course included and entry and exit is easy with a keypad system. It is a perfect space to get away for a weekend or a month and experience all that small town life has to offer.
