Guests resume sole liability for safe utilizarion by all guests of swim spa steps, stairs and proches. Securiy cameras are on the exterior of the property only. Parties are prohibited at all times. 10 people maximum occupancy on the property at all times. Must be 25 years old minimum with verified ID to book. Guests have access to kitchen, dining room, media room, workout room, laundry, office (with sleeper sofa, living room, bedrooms and porches. No pets of any kind allowed. Guests will not have access to garage or locked owners closet/spaces.
