This immaculate 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-level home spans 3500 square feet, with all new furnishings to accommodate up to 13 guests in true luxury and comfort.
You will enter through the side door and into the expansive kitchen, then into the living and dining areas, all accentuated with inviting wide-plank hardwood flooring throughout.
Living Room: Step into the bright and open living room, appointed with a contemporary leather sofa, plush accent chairs, and a Smart TV. The high ceilings and large window create an airy ambiance, and the French door leads to the covered patio with outdoor another outdoor living space and Smart TV.
Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting stone counters, high-end stainless steel appliances, including a JennAir electric stovetop in the center island, and Bosch double wall ovens. A large window offers views of the backyard and the distant hill country scenery. From the hallway, you'll also find a unique space behind double wood/glass doors, serving as a combo Butler's pantry and laundry room, complete with a dual-zone wine fridge, ample cabinets and counter space, and two sets of stacked washer/dryers.
Dining Area: The attractive dining area comfortably seats eight guests and is flooded with natural light through a large window.
Family Room: A cozy space to unwind, complete with a comfortable sectional sofa, a Smart TV for movie nights, and a nostalgic turntable for vinyl enthusiasts to listen to your favorite reminiscent tunes.

Master Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, two accent chairs, and an en suite bathroom with two pedestal sinks, a walk-in closet, and a spacious tile/stone walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4: Each bedroom features a king bed, a Smart TV, an abundance of natural light, and access to a shared full bathroom with a stone counter vanity and separate tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 5 (Bunk Room): This room features twin over full and twin over twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids, a bed for your furry friend(s), and access to a full shared bathroom

Outdoor Amenities: The fully fenced-in yard offers an array of activities for all ages. Enjoy the covered patio with a sectional sofa, Smart TV, gas BBQ, and outdoor dining table. Take a dip in the private pool, which can be heated upon request for a daily cost of $150, relax in the hot tub, or lounge poolside. Challenge your group to games of horseshoes and cornhole, practice your golf swing or batting at the batting cage, or work on your putting skills on the green. Pool toys and floats, pickleball paddles and balls, golf clubs, and baseball bats are all provided for your enjoyment. There's even a play area for the kiddos and cozy Adirondack chairs around the wood-burning fire pit. Plus, a new championship-level pickleball court! What more could you ask for?
Pool: Please note, the pool and hot tub work on the same heating system and cannot be heated at the same time. To switch the heat between the pool and hot tub, requests must be made to management. Guest do not have the ability to control any of the heating.
