Welcome to Leroy's Landing where you're sure to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Grand Lake waters! Our home is located in a small gated community on a beautiful peninsula surrounded by deep water. Enjoy outdoor living on the wrap around covered upper deck or on the sprawling lower patio. Venture down to the boat dock to fish, swim or take a boat out. Feel free to tie off as the waters are calm in our little cove. Inside is equally as inviting with cozy beds, two living areas and modern kitchen!
As you arrive upon our community you're met with a large beautiful iron gate. Your check in instructions will have the gate code. Once you pass through the gate we are the first home on the right. Feel free to park anywhere in the circle drive or in front of the garage. We do not allow access into the garage unfortunately.
Although the lake below will take your breath away, go ahead and venture into the home through the front door. Immediately your eyes take you to the large windows overlooking the covered deck and lake below. As you explore the home you'll find a brand new and fully stocked kitchen that is open to the dining and living area. This makes entertaining the whole group easy and enjoyable. The dining table seats 8 and the bar has 3 barstools. However, you'll likely find yourself wanting to eat all of your meals on the covered back deck and patio. On the upper deck we have a table and 6 chairs with another table and 4 chairs on the lower deck. On the upper deck you'll also find cozy lounge furniture so you can soak up that peaceful lake view morning, noon and night.
Venturing back inside you'll find the main living area with a gas burning fire place as well as two oversized bedrooms with king size beds & smart TVs in each. One of which is the master bedroom and has a large private ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower and dual vanities. Across the home is the other bedroom with a full bath in the hallway shared with the common space.
As you head downstairs you'll notice the 12 foot ceilings make it not feel like a basement at all. There is a huge open second living room with an 80" Smart TV and kitchenette. This room is perfect for playing games, watching movies, or just relaxing after a long day on the water.
Additionally you'll find 2 more bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom 3 has another king size bed, smart TV and lake views! Bedroom 4 is the bunk room and has two, twin over full bunk beds and another smart TV. This room has access to the full bath downstairs which is shared with bedroom 3.
The highlight of the entire property is most certainly the ease of access to the brand new private boat dock. We're nestled back in a quiet yet deep watered cove that is a no wake zone. You're safe to tie off your boats or jet skis without worry of wave damage. Of course tie off at your own risk! The dock is perfect for fishing, relaxing in the adirondack chairs, or swimming.

* Guests will have access to the entire property minus 3 locked closets and the garage.
* We have a pellet grill on the side deck. If you do not know how to operate a pellet grill please let us know so we can bring you up to speed or plan to bring something different that you're comfortable operating.
* All of our TVs are smart TVs that you are free to stream from your own accounts. The 2 living room TVs have cable TV with a number of channels as well.
* Guests are to swim, boat, fish, and otherwise use the boat dock at their own risk. We will not assume liability.
* We provide the initial toiletry items for your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. However, if you are staying more than 2-3 days you will likely need to buy more at a nearby store.
