This 6 bedroom home has over 3,300 square feet of living space on two levels. The upstairs features a large great room with hard wood floors which encompasses the gigantic gourmet kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including stove, microwave, stainless steel appliances, and Travertine stone backsplash. A large island is the focal point. The entertainment area features a 50” flat screen TV with dish network and DVD player. Off the great room you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, private bath and large walk-in closet. The guest room has a king bed with attached full bathroom. The bathroom also opens to the upper level living area. Off the kitchen area, you will find a large laundry room with washer, dryer and a full size second refrigerator/freezer. The upper deck is accessible from both the master bedroom and the great room and is equipped with a gas grill and outside dining furniture.
The lower level features a second family room and entertainment area with a foosball table, TV, dish network and DVD player. In addition to the living area, there are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the lower level. Two private bedrooms each have a queen bed and large closet. The fifth and sixth private bedrooms each feature a queen bed and a full on full bunk bed, ideal for kids! The lower deck extends out to a separate small deck with a hot tub, providing spectacular views of the lake.
You and your family will be thrilled to find that our stunning home is situated on a gentle slope with a convenient concrete sloping sidewalk to a large private boat dock. The dock sits in a no wake zone which is ideal for swimming!
'Lazy Daze' is conveniently located near Flat Hollow Marina which is a full service Marina providing gas and supplies, a full service restaurant/bar and weekend entertainment.
