The space
Bring the whole family or large group (sleeps 12) and enjoy all the amenities this home has to offer. Grill out and cozy up by the firepit to enjoy conversation and s’mores under the lights or gather on the third level and enjoy watching a movie together.

MAIN LEVEL
The entry way delivers a warm welcome with its natural wood finishes. Many large windows allow for plenty of natural light throughout the home during the day. The living room boasts comfortable seating and a 55” Roku TV. The dining room extends the gathering space and provides a dining table which seats 10 people comfortably. There are many wine glasses in the cabinet to use during dinner and a relaxing evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern cooking appliances suitable for preparing any meal, whether it is a simple breakfast, quick snack, or a 3-course dinner. Items include:

SECOND LEVEL
There are four bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The beds provide a hotel-like comfort mattress, comfortable sheets, sherpa blanket, quilt, two feather pillows and two memory foam pillows. There are two sets of high-end washcloths, hand towels, and body towels in each room. Additionally, each bedroom has a full dresser, closet for hanging clothes, and a 32” Roku TV to help wind down your day and prepare for an adventurous tomorrow. The full bathroom provides a shower/tub and the luxurious CAVA shampoos, conditioner, lotions, and soaps. There is a hair dryer located under the vanity and extra towels located in the linen closet.
THIRD LEVEL
Retreat to the upper level to unwind and relax the night away. There is a queen and full high-end sleeper sofa. All bedding can be found in the adjacent and labeled cubby. There is a 55” Roku TV to watch your favorite show or movie. There is a table and chairs to play cards or one of the many games stored and labelled in the nearby cubby. The full bathroom provides glass enclosed shower, large vanity, natural light, hair dryer, all the necessary towels and CAVA lotions and soaps. The third level temperature is controlled by a remote and a heating/cooling system so you can set to the perfect temperature during your stay.

This home is in excellent condition and has been furnished with quality furniture, bedding, kitchen accessories and additional items/amenities. These additional rules are designed to protect the integrity of the home and keep it to the same standards for the next guest and hopefully for your return in the future. Please ensure you agree and understand as these fees will be strictly enforced.
-No Smoking/Vaping of any kind inside or outside around the house = $500 Fine
-No Pets inside the house = $250 Fine
-Broken/Missing furniture or ANY missing household items (i.e. kitchen utensils, towels, pillows, décor, etc.). You will be billed for an equivalent/similar item plus an additional $100 service fee.
-Stains on carpet/couches or odor treatment. You will be billed to have it professionally cleaned plus an additional $100 service fee.
-No parties or loud gatherings allowed. No additional guests than what was communicated with original reservation request = $1,000 Fine.
-Standard cleaning fee charged at booking. If there is any additional heavy cleaning to be done, guest will be notified and an additional $100-$250 cleaning fee will be applied after checkout. Heavy cleaning includes things such as stains on furniture, walls, linens, cooking with heavy grease, scratches on the floor, stains from makeup or hair products, throw up, ripped or stained linens, odor treatment, pest control, etc.
We have two security cameras. One is located on the front porch and one in the back. Both are pointed away from the house to show anyone entering the front or back porch for safety reasons. The cameras will be on during every stay and are intended to protect the home and our guests.
