Lakefront home nestled on a private road with boat ramps nearby, every room has an amazing view of the lake! The living and dining areas have french doors to access the large covered porch. On the main floor, you'll find the master suite with private bathroom, the newly remodeled kitchen, eating area and living room, along with a half bathroom. Upstairs has two queen beds and a sitting area with another full bathroom. Downstairs is a queen and twin bed with swings to sit and enjoy the lake view! The neighborhood ramp is a great convenience!
This rental is great for crowds or just to get away! 10 people can comfortably sleep with 4 queen beds, a twin bed and a sleeper sofa. The third bedroom (one queen and a twin bed) is accessed by outdoor steps under the covered porch.

Additional rules
1. Please respect our neighborhood and be "good neighbors" as some may not be on vacation and have to work.
2. There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the house.
3. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Do not occupy the neighbors driveways at any time.
4. We supply a few k-cups and creamer as well as the essentials for example 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags etc. after that it's your responsibility.
5. Trash must be in tied bags and placed in the can out front. 2 bags are provided. If you anticipate more trash, please bring additional bags. Secure trash can with bungee cord at all times to avoid critters.
6. Absolutely NO parties or events and no more then 12 people at the house.
7. Please DO NOT flush anything but toilet paper, even noted "flushable" items such as wipes since we are on a septic system.
8. Do not leave propane grill or firepit unattended and ensure fires are put out completely when finished.
IN CASE OF INJURY:
First Aid Kit is Available in main floor bedroom closet.

This is a lake home you will see an occasional bug.
Property is monitored by cameras. The cameras are outside the home disabling these cameras will terminate your rental agreement without refund.
There are NO cameras inside the home.
Failure to observe house rules will result in termination of your rental agreement without refund.
Unfortunately, Corp of Engineers does not allow use of the boat docks by guests. You can reserve a slip at State Lodge or take boats, that are beached, out of the water each evening.
