2,000 sf of interior living space; open floor plan with adjoining screened porch and open air patio makes for great memories. The two-car garage opens into the mud room/laundry room.
The master bedroom is large with a king size bed and lake view. The ensuite bathroom has a separate shower, soaking tub, private toilet area and large walk-in closet.
The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk-beds, both rooms with a view of the golf course and incredible sunrise. We also have a queen sofa sleeper and twin ottoman sleeper in the living room.
We have a great kitchen with double ovens, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and a large walk-in pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, bake, grill and eat! There is an adjoining wet bar with ice maker. The dining area and screened in porch has total seating for 12. The kitchen, dining and wet bar area all has a lake view.
The living room provides comfortable seating and includes Satellite TV, DVD Player and a beautiful view of the lake.
The deck adjoining the pier/boathouse includes a custom built picnic table for ten and a charcoal grill.
The pier with boathouse (1 slip for bass boat and one slip for a pontoon boat) includes a mini fridge, fish cleaning area, open air cold water shower, swim area with stairs and a screened in dock for additional seating, eating and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
