This is the perfect little getaway spot! It is a very quiet retreat that is close to downtown Panama City, St. Andrews, and only a short drive to the beach! The best of all worlds!
Totally private with it's own parking space and private entrance. It is perfect for a couple as it only has one queen size murphy bed.
Use of the pool, hot tub, & outdoor kitchen!
We prefer no children and no pets for liability reasons.

The space:
This is a 300 Sq Ft pool house with private entrance. It has a full kitchen and bathroom. There is a queen size murphy bed that has a 6 inch mattress and is very comfortable. The yard is a shared space. The pool and hot tub are in that shared space. We will likely never swim or use the hot tub at the same time as you, but we may be in the backyard doing projects and such.
The TV is a Roku so you can log into your streaming apps. The Wi-Fi can be spotty at times. If you are coming here to work and rely on Wi-Fi then maybe this is not your spot. We make no guarantees that it will be working. If you have a mobile hotspot- you can connect to the tv easily!
Guest access:
The guest will park on a gravel driveway on the side of the main house. They will access a gate by code and also access the space by code.
Other things to note:
The backyard is a shared space with the owners of the home. We can come out at any time. We have 3 security cameras: One in the backyard, one on the side of the house where you park, and one in the front of the house.
