Summary: I fell in the shower in room 101 and messed up my wwrist and my left elbow. The manager told me and my husband to call hotels.com and request a full refund for our stay. My husband called and left a message and no one ever returned our call. The staff at the motel were great, very friendly and very concerned about my fall. But as far as hotel.com I'm not at all pleased with them!!!
