Summary: Room was clean, however the pull out couch bed was broken. There was no tub stopper for my daughter to take a bath. The staff was nice but not knowledgeable, i booked through hotels.com and she tried double charging me saying i didnt pay. She was supposed to use the virtual card sent. Lied to me and told me she needed my card on file for 60 dollar deposit. Then 2 hours later tried charging 110 dollars more to my card. Then proceeded to try again at 7am for the 110 dollars again. Management when checking out told me she was new and that i would get my 60 dollars back in 2 days.
