There are two complete living areas (upstairs and downstairs). Each has its own full kitchen, laundry room and BBQ area. The kitchens are also conveniently located near an outdoor deck with a BBQ. There is some outdoor seating as well. The upstairs and downstairs living areas are accessible via separate entrances if desired.
In keeping with the early 20th Century aesthetic, the Bennett House is a Craftsman's showcase.
