Welcome to the Chase Commons! Built in 1880, this converted school building right in the heart of Northside, Cincinnati's most eclectic (and best) neighborhood. Steps off of Hamilton Ave and walkable to the shops, restaurants and bars. A fabulous coffee shop is a 2 minute walk from my front door. I am a10 minute drive from UC, hospitals and downtown, and along several bus routes. This unit has 1 full bedroom and 1.5 full bathrooms-one being the principal en suite. Enjoy the soaring ceilings, natural woodwork, large rooms and lots of sunlight from the walls of windows! This unit has a laundry room w/ extra storage, & washer/dryer. Eat-in kitchen w/plenty of cabinets & all appliances stay. Each floor in the building has a different community room that is available to all owners - library, dining area, sitting rooms, and more. This complex is pet friendly, has a shared library/gym/laundry space and has parking!
